Maleeha Humayun Bangash is an independent director of the Company. She has formerly been a member of the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) and is recognized as a financial services expert, having extensive experience in investment management, capital markets, private equity and commercial banking, both locally and abroad. She holds MBA degrees from The University of Chicago and LUMS.
